Created By Operators
For Operators
Emerging from an experienced owner/operator’s decade-long search for an effective operating system, Fynn’s comprehensive solution is designed specifically for successful senior living.

We didn’t start as a software company. We started as operators.
Senior living communities are overwhelmed—and we saw it up close.
We’ve spent years on the operator side. We’ve seen the pressure caregivers face every shift. We’ve watched nurses chase down paper notes while juggling care plans. And we’ve seen leadership teams try to manage across buildings with no real visibility into what’s happening on the floor.
Staffing shortages, increasing acuity, compliance headaches, and legacy systems aren’t new problems. But what surprised us was how little support communities had to actually address them. Operators were stuck being reactive.
We knew there had to be a better way.

We didn’t just study the problem— we lived it.
Fynn was built inside the walls of Galerie Living, a senior living operator known for care innovation. This wasn’t a detached tech startup trying to break into healthcare. It was operators, designers, and engineers working shoulder to shoulder with BOMs, nurses, and caregivers—solving real problems in real time.
We weren’t guessing. We were responding to day-to-day chaos, regulatory pressure, and the heartbreak of seeing something preventable slip through the cracks.
The result was a platform born from frontline experience—shaped by the people who actually use it.
Communities are the only ones who see the full picture.
Over the course of a week, a resident might be seen by a nurse, a therapist, a family member, maybe even hospice. But those moments are fragmented—brief snapshots of a much longer story.
Only the community sees it all.
They notice the skipped breakfast, the slower walk, the hesitation on the stairs. They’re there through every shift change, every mood swing, every subtle sign that something might be changing. They carry the full context. And for too long, that context has lived in paper notes, memory, or nowhere at all.
We built Fynn because we knew that context mattered. We saw how much insight was being lost—and how powerful it could be if surfaced and shared. So we built workflows that help teams connect the dots early, act with confidence, and truly change the trajectory of care.

We’re building what should have existed all along.
What started as a way to support our own teams has grown into something much larger. Today, we’re working with operators across the country who are facing many of the same challenges we experienced firsthand. They’re caring for increasingly complex residents, managing constant change, and doing it without the infrastructure to make truly informed decisions.
There’s a growing recognition that communities need better systems—ones that surface meaningful data, guide action, and support smarter care delivery. That shift is already happening, and we’re proud to be building tools that help make it possible.
Our focus is on clarity, not complexity. We design workflows that make it easier to spot trends, respond to risk, and coordinate across teams. The goal is better outcomes, delivered more consistently. And while the technology matters, what matters more is how it helps people do their jobs with confidence.
We’ve seen what happens when communities are forced to make decisions without the full picture. And we’ve seen what becomes possible when they finally have it. We’re not here to create more noise or add more tools to the pile. We’re here to build something that helps communities think more clearly, act more confidently, and deliver care with intention.
Connecting people with the tools and information they need for successful senior living
Fynn didn’t start with a product roadmap. It started with problems we knew too well—and a desire to support the people doing some of the hardest, most meaningful work there is. That continues to shape how we think, how we build, and how we show up for our customers.
Build with empathy:
We’ve lived this work. We listen first, design thoughtfully, and try to reduce noise wherever we can.
Stay curious:
We ask questions, test assumptions, and learn from every operator we meet.
Own outcomes:
Tech isn’t successful when it’s shipped. It’s successful when it makes someone’s day easier or a resident’s outcome better.
Be context-aware:
We’re not looking at isolated events. We’re helping teams see the full picture—and act on it.
Design for the whole team:
Fynn isn’t just for nurses or leadership. It supports caregivers, BOMs, and everyone else who holds things together.
Make proactive possible:
Insight is only useful if it helps someone act earlier. Everything we build is in service of that.
