Additional ADLs Not in Service Plan
Caregivers can now document ADLs that occur outside a resident’s existing service plan. Previously, these actions were only captured informally in shift notes, meaning valuable care and billing data went unnoticed.

Changes in Assistance Tracking
Caregivers can now flag when a resident requires more assistance than usual during any ADL — whether that’s needing an extra caregiver or more time to complete a task.
Databricks Integration for Reporting
Fynn’s new Databricks integration powers advanced analytics and faster report delivery. Teams can now access new dashboards and insights in real time — without waiting for full product releases.
