Changes in Assistance Tracking

Date

December 2, 2025

Overview:

Caregivers can now flag when a resident requires more assistance than usual during any ADL — whether that’s needing an extra caregiver or more time to complete a task.

User Benefits:

  • Early Warning: Indicates residents whose conditions are changing.
  • Trend Analysis: Tracks frequency and patterns of increased assistance.
  • Operational Planning: Improves staff scheduling and workload balance.
  • Better Communication: Documents changes within each care activity.

With this enhancement, teams can see when residents begin requiring more help — often the earliest sign of a change in health status. Instead of this information being buried in shift notes, it’s now structured, actionable, and tied to specific ADLs. This helps staff anticipate care needs, adjust staffing levels, and ensure residents receive the right support at the right time.
