Fynn.io’s Top Dog of the Month: Sydney Doemel — Software Engineer

At Fynn.io, our mission is to “connect people with the tools and information they need for successful senior living.” We bring that mission to life by building thoughtful, intuitive, and reliable technology for seniors and their caregivers. One of the key contributors to this mission is Software Engineer, Sydney Doemel.

I’m thrilled to announce that our most recent Top Dog Award goes to our exceptional Software Engineer, Sydney Doemel!

Sydney, a standout engineer on the Fynn Community team, consistently delivers accurate and high-quality development work. Her technical excellence and attention to detail set a high bar for engineering excellence at Fynn.io.Sydney has also been an incredible leader in driving the Resident UI Updates, which evolved into the broader Care Flow Refresh initiative. She guided the effort with clarity, technical strength, and user-focused design thinking—helping shape a cleaner, more intuitive experience for our users.

Beyond her project ownership, Sydney is always ready to support her fellow engineers. Whether it’s reviewing code or answering questions she brings generosity, patience, and great technical expertise to the team every day.

Sydney is truly a tremendous asset, and we are so proud and grateful to have her at Fynn.io. Congratulations, Sydney!!!
