Community Trends & Operator Quality Analytics

Overview:

The Reports page now opens to a Community Trends dashboard, and a new Resident Health Indicators report supports clinical oversight. Operator-level users get a Quality Analytics view across every community in their portfolio.

User Benefits:

• Community Trends Dashboard: Key trends at a glance, with quick access to every report from a single dropdown.
• Resident Health Indicators: Track bowel movements and vital signs, and quickly find residents missing recent measurements.
• Portfolio-Wide Visibility: Operator Trends, ADL History, and Incident History reports compare performance across communities.
• Survey Ready: Export vital sign history for any time period to CSV or Excel.

These dashboards turn care documentation into actionable insight. Community leaders can spot changes in resident health early, and operators can compare ADL completion, incidents, and quality trends across their full portfolio in one place.
