Announcing Fynn.io’s New ADL Workflows: Research-Backed for a Faster & More Intuitive Experience

We’re excited to announce that Fynn.io’s new ADL workflows are now live! After months of research and testing, our product team designed all-new ADL workflows described as "perfect, convenient, and quick" by senior living caregivers.

We’re excited to announce that Fynn.io’s all-new ADL workflows are now live! These upgrades were designed to allow for a more convenient, intuitive, and quick experience for caregivers always on-the-go.

In the senior living industry, tracking Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) is often a tedious and time-consuming task. Our product team put months of research and testing into creating a solution that's not just efficient, but truly user-friendly. We worked directly with caregivers on multiple rounds of discovery and feedback to understand your pain points and priorities. The result? A streamlined process that lets you focus on what matters most: resident care.

"Perfect, convenient, quick" – these are just some of the words our research participants used to describe the new workflows. During usability testing, we were thrilled to see caregivers navigate and use the new design confidently, without any guidance from our team. This is a testament to the power of user-centric design.

And the feedback was overwhelmingly positive! All participants reported being "very satisfied" with the new design. Here's why:

  • Intuitive Navigation: The interface automatically defaults to the current time and organizes residents by room/unit number. Find who you need and chart ADLs quickly and efficiently, all in one place.
  • Minimized Clicks and Scrolling: All forms are strategically structured to be concise and focused, displaying only the necessary information. This means less time spent on data entry, while still providing all key data.
  • Flexibility: Start and stop charting whenever you need. The workflow adapts to your schedule, not the other way around.

We know caregiving demands immense energy and focus. Interacting with technology should be the easy part of your day. That's the philosophy that drove this design.

A huge thank you to all the caregivers who participated in our research. Your feedback on the design prototypes was invaluable in bringing these new upgrades to the senior living industry.

We're confident that this update will make a real difference in your daily routine!
