Otto is Fynn’s Manager of Customer Success and Implementations. Otto has been with Fynn for a few short months but he has already started making his mark! 

Through his professionalism and attentiveness, he’s demonstrated a keen ability to connect with our customers. When contacted for support, Otto approaches each item with urgency and monitors to resolution. His ability to foster these strong relationships in such a short time is a testament to his focus on Customer Success!

Otto is also committed to continuous improvement. He is always on the lookout for the most efficient process in order to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. His ideas for change will lead to clear improvements in overall service delivery.
